Not happy with your deal? You have 30 days to send it back for a refund. No arguments, no restocking fee.
The 30-day window
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible.
How to return an item
- Email info@dealvya.nl with your order number and which item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back. We recommend a tracked service — until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility.
Return shipping costs
You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong product — in that case we cover it.
Your refund
Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirming it. Refunds cover the price of the item; the original shipping cost is refunded only when the return is our fault.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping both ways.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items can't be returned once opened (for example personal-care products). This is noted on the product page where it applies.
Your legal right of withdrawal (EU)
As an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is more generous than the legal minimum and does not limit your statutory rights.
