Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order over €50. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, with no surprises added afterwards.
When we ship
Orders placed before 22:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or during the weekend, are dispatched the next business day. "Dispatched" means the parcel leaves our warehouse — the delivery time on top of that depends on your carrier and destination.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country:
- Netherlands & Belgium: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the EU: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Outside the EU: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs can add time we don't control.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it to your door.
Customs & import duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices.
