Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase you make at Dealvya. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

This is a plain-language summary drafted for clarity. Have it reviewed by a legal professional before relying on it.

Who we are

Dealvya is operated by Mika (Kellens Milan), registered under BE 0801.660.161, at Rombautstraat 2c, 1760 Roosdaal, Belgium. You can reach us at info@dealvya.nl.

Our deals

Dealvya sells time-limited deals. Prices, discounts, and stock are shown on each product page and are correct at the time of display. Deals run "while stocks last" — once an item sells out, it's gone, even if the timer hasn't finished. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us exists once we dispatch the item. If we can't fulfil your order (for example, the item is out of stock), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. You can toggle prices to show inclusive or exclusive of VAT on the site. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, and by your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our liability

We're responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We're not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions or customs holds. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Belgium, and any disputes fall under the courts of Belgium. As an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
